Bits come from a physical quantum random number generator, not software.
Unbiased by rejection sampling
When the bits don't divide evenly, the leftover draw is discarded and redrawn, so no option is favored.
No fake randomness
If the entropy runs out and the source is unreachable, qamble refuses the draw instead of using Math.random().
