Privacy policy

qamble is developed and operated by Nabla Teknoloji A.Ş. The app doesn't need to know who you are. This policy explains what data the app and its servers touch, and what they don't.

What we collect

We store an anonymous device ID. It's a random identifier minted on the first launch, and it isn't linked to your name, email, or any account.

We store your decisions. The option names you type and the outcome are sent to the server so it can make the draw and keep your history.

We store your qbit wallet. It's a server-side ledger keyed to the anonymous device ID, and it tracks the qbits you were granted, bought, and spent.

If you buy qbits, we store purchase records. The store (Google Play or the App Store) handles the payment. We receive and verify a receipt to credit your wallet, and we never see your card details.

What we don't collect

We don't collect your name, email address, or phone number. We don't collect your contacts, your location, or anything else on your device. We don't upload your camera roll, and pictures and clips you capture stay on your device. We don't use advertising identifiers, and we run no analytics or tracking SDKs.

How we use it

We use this data only to run the service: the draw, your decision tree, your qbit wallet, and purchase verification. We don't use it to advertise to you, we don't sell it, and we don't share it except as described below.

Third parties

Google Play and the App Store process payments under their own privacy policies. Our server fetches random bits from a hardware quantum random number generator, and those fetches contain no information about you.

Retention and deletion

There is no account to delete. Your data is keyed to the anonymous device ID. Uninstalling the app ends that association, and reinstalling starts a fresh identity with no link to the previous one. Pictures and clips can be removed from within the app at any time.

Children

qamble is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them.

Security

Communications with our servers are encrypted in transit. Decisions are signed and verifiable, so a forged outcome or balance can be detected.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we update the date above. For material changes, we'll tell you in the app.
