These terms govern your use of qamble. By using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use it.

The service

qamble picks between the options you give it using genuine quantum randomness. It's a tool for deciding, not advice. Outcomes are random. qamble isn't financial, legal, medical, or other professional advice.

Qbits

Qbits are a virtual currency used to make decisions. You receive a starter grant and a small daily grant, and you can buy more through in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by the app store (Google Play or the App Store) and follow that store's terms. Qbits have no cash value and can't be redeemed for money. They're not refundable except as required by law or the app store's policy. Qbits are tied to your device and aren't transferable.

Your content

You're responsible for the option names and notes you enter. Keep them lawful and respectful. Pictures and clips you capture stay on your device.

Acceptable use

Don't use qamble to break the law or to encourage others to break it. Don't abuse or game the free-qbit system. Don't probe, attack, or reverse-engineer our servers. Don't interfere with the service for other people.

No warranty

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the makers of qamble aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any decision you make based on it.

Changes

We may change the service or these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated in the app, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
